PARK RULES

Park & Festival Rules

-Admission wrist bands must be worn at all times.

-We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone.

-Show times, dates and artists are subject to change.

-Show times and dates are rain or shine. (We do have covered pavillions, and covered bleachers).

-All campers MUST have a 3-Day ticket.

-No camping before Sunday prior to the show.

-No Refunds

-No glass containers allowed in the concert area.  Coolers are restricted, they must be able to fit under your seat and are subject to search.  Coolers in the concert area CAN NOT contain alcohol.

-No Display of alcohol anywhere in the park.

-Anyone found to be disorderly will be removed from Mr. B's Park without refund.

-No audio or video recording of the concerts.

-Proper attire must be worn at all times in public (shirt, shoes, etc.).  No bathing suits permitted.

-No swimming.

-No ATV's allowed.

-No golf carts, motorcycles, bicycles or animals allowed in the concert area.

-No Animals in the pavilions, concert area, bleachers or kitchen area at any time.

-The operator of any motorized vehicle must have a valid operators permit (DMV driving permitt).

-No unattended campfires.

-Please do not leave your children unattended.

-The use of loud radios, tape players or any other annoying devices or activity is prohibited in all areas of the park at all times.  You can sing and pick to your heart's desire, but no yellin' or hollerin'.

- We are not responsible for any loss due to theft, vandalism, etc.

-Permission is required to distribute literature or sell any goods on Park Grounds.

-Please respect your neighbors and our friends and have a wonderful time!  If you have any problems please report them to any festival staff member. 

-Your purchase of a ticket to an event at Mr. B's Park acknowledges your permission to Mr. B's or it's employees to use your likeness (or anyone accompanying you).

-Your Purchase of a ticket to an event at Mr. B's Park acknowledges that you agree to hold harmless and indemnify the owner, employees and agents collectively from any injuries and/or property damage occuring on the premises.
